1. Determine Your Band Size
Put on a non-padded bra and stand in front of a mirror.
Wrap the measuring tape securely around your body so it aligns with your bra band and is level all around.
Take your underbust measurement and select the exact numbers you see on your measuring tape below.
2. Determine Your Cup Size
Place the measuring tape over your bra and around the fullest part of your bust.
Make sure the measuring tape stays level and fits securely around you but does not flatten your bust or make an indentation.
